Cancellation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least one weeks’ notice if you need to cancel a booking, to receive a full refund. Bookings that are cancelled less than a week before the trip date will receive a 50% refund. For weather-only related cancellations on the day of the trip, customers will receive a full refund or may ask to be rescheduled to a more appropriate day.
